This is a good quality product, from a great company. It’s evident that care is placed in every package and the company really cares about their product. I’ve used the bow ties in a number of projects, they’re great!
Received the items I ordered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that one package of bowtie inlays contained the “off-cuts” of the bowties instead of the bowties themselves. I assume this was a packaging error…
During my original I made a couple of errors and I received a phone call recommending how the order would be corrected. I consider that to be very good customer service and is very much appreciated. I plan to order additional products in the future.
